COVID-19 Fluorescent Antigen (Ag) Rapid Test
ArionBio COVID GlowTest is a lateral flow immunofluorescent sandwich assay that is used with the ArionBio GlowReader intended for the qualitative detection of the nucleocapsid protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal (NP) specimens directly or after the swabs have been added to viral transport media from individuals who are suspected of COVID-19 by their healthcare provider.

Use Nasopharyngeal swab provided with the kit for sample collection
Insert the swab into the reagent tube and roll the swab at least 3 times.
Leave the head of the swab in the reagent tube, close the lid and shake to make it fully mixed.
Use the included Pipette to take the mixed liquid in the reagent tube and add 120uL (approx. 4 drops) to the test cartridge.
Place the test kit flat and wait for 20 minutes.
Use ArionBio’s patented GlowReader to observe the result.
